About the Company
In operation since (September) 2005, Lunenburg
Home Works was founded and is run by Heather
Olivella. Given the responsibility of looking after the
homes of family members in their absences, Heather recognized
the importance of having someone you trust look after
this substantial and personal investment. With the requirements
of insurance providers and the growing numbers of seasonal
residents in the area, Heather saw the potential for a
professional home check service.
Heather has an MSc in Environmental Management
and has overseen two complete house renovation
projects. She acquired valuable experience from the do-it-yourself
portions of the projects and by dealing with local contractors
and trades people.

has the knowledge, experience and desire to protect your
